About Tony Marriott

Tony Marriott ProfileYou might compare Tony Marriott to quarterback Joe Montana, NFL great and orchestrator of “The Catch,” which remains perhaps the most memorable touchdown pass in NFL history.   Like No. 16, with everything on the line, Tony Marriott knows how to close a deal.

Tony began his career in the Greater Scottsdale and Phoenix metro area real estate market in 2002, when he retired from the Senior Management position he’d held with a Fortune 100 company for more than a decade so that he could spend less time on the road.

Although he happily left thrice-weekly air travel behind, Tony brought his business acumen into real estate, a quality that has benefited him - and his clients.

Together, Tony and his wife, Suzanne Marriott, lead Haven Express at Keller Williams Arizona Realty. As able leaders and effective delegators, they have assembled a talented and impressive team.

In today’s improving yet still difficult real estate market, Tony has excelled in helping his clients achieve their goals, writing airtight contract language, thinking innovatively, and navigating the often-tricky path to completing short sale transactions. A two-time recipient of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® President’s Award, Tony is well-known in the Greater Scottsdale and Phoenix metro area real estate as a skillful deal negotiator.

Experienced in finding solutions in seemingly impossible situations, he has described one of his early roles in his corporate career as a “firefighter”. Tony traveled to domestic and international call centers where challenges had arisen and worked with local management and employees to get the business running smoothly again. It’s an understatement to say that the skills Tony honed in that position have enabled him to find considerable success in clinching deals for his real estate clients.

Tony’s unique skill set and valuable experience enabled him and the Haven Express team to achieve a staggering 100% List to Close Ratio since June 2011 – closing every Listing they have taken since that time - both Traditional “Equity” Sales and Short Sales.

As Tony knows, special expertise is essential for buyers and sellers who want to participate in Short Sale transactions.

In addition, Tony’s background and unmatched experience have catapulted Haven Express to success in handling Corporate Relocations.

A Certified Relocation Professional and Corporate RELO transferee himself, Tony possesses the know-how to work effectively with relocation services and corporations alike to ensure transferring employees have a worry-free move, whether they are coming to or departing from the Greater Phoenix area.

Whether a corporate move brings you to the Valley of the Sun or you are moving to a new home within the area, Tony can close your deal.
